SHIPPING POLICY

Limited Collections are usually on hand and will be shipped in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends)

My pre-orders’ processing time is 3-7 business days (excluding weekends) prior to shipment.

Custom Orders has a 14 business day processing time.

I offer Standard Shipping (2-3 business days) via Royal Mail.

Orders over £20 receive Free Shipping for Domestic orders only

I ship internationally tracked and signed via Royal Mail (6-18 business days)

REFUND POLICY:

I will gladly offer a refund only if the product has been damaged or lost in the mail. Contact my email warmberrystudio@outlook.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Include pictures if the item has been damaged.

I do not offer exchanges.
